Virgo Shop Terms and Conditions

1. Virgo Pay offers Virgo Shop Gift Cards via the following URL: https://virgocx.ca/en-virgo-shop and also via the VirgoCX Inc. mobile application available through the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. Your Virgo Shop Gift Card along with instructions to use the gift card will be provided to you via email shortly after your successful purchase.

2. The Services are intended for use from locations where such Services are legal. Any use by you of the Services from a location where the Services are illegal is expressly prohibited.

3. As a Customer, you can buy Virgo Shop Gift Cards using your crypto assets held within your account with VirgoCX Inc. Please refer to VirgoCX Inc.’s deposit/withdrawal policies (https://virgocx.ca/en-fees/) (the “Payment Policy”) for accepted funding and withdrawal methods for crypto assets. Funding and withdrawal methods may be subject to minimum and maximum limits along with applicable fees, if any, as outlined within the Payment Policy. By using the Service, you are authorizing VirgoCX Inc. to conduct a market sell order and to remit to us the proceeds of the sale up to a maximum amount equal to the purchase price of the Virgo Pay Gift Card. You represent and warrant that you will not use any form of payment unless you have all necessary authorizations to do so.

4. All gift cards are currently sourced from Snaplii Inc. For issues using your Virgo Shop Gift Cards, please contact Snaplii Inc. via email at [email protected].

5. We process purchase orders according to the instructions we receive from Customers. For questions concerning your order or order status, please contact [email protected].

6. You understand that Virgo Pay may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process, cancel or decline your transactions for any reason, including if we suspect the transaction is related to money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crimes, does not comply with these Terms of Service or applicable law or, in response to a court order.

7. Your use of the Account will also be subject to Transaction limits which may change from time to time in our sole discretion.

8. You may be provided with cash back rewards from the purchase of your Virgo Shop Gift Card. Any cash back rewards are provided at Virgo Pay’s sole discretion and the cash back reward will be remitted to your VirgoCX Inc. account.

9. You will be provided with an invoice which serves as a record of your purchase. The sale of your crypto asset as a result of your purchase of Virgo Shop Gift Cards will be reflected within the trading history within your VirgoCX Inc. account.

10. Chargebacks. In the event of a request by a financial institution or credit or charge company to us to return funds to you as a result of you asking the financial institution or credit or charge company to refund a Transaction on your Account (“Chargeback”), we may carry out one or more of the following actions: (a) suspend your Account pending resolution of a dispute relating to the Chargeback; (b) request information from you regarding the reason for the Chargeback; (c) invalidate any Virgo Shop Gift Cards purchased by you; or (d) terminate your Account.

11. To be clear, Virgo Shop Gift Cards do NOT include Virgo Gift gift cards. Virgo Gift gift cards are sold by VirgoCX Inc., an affiliate company to Virgo Pay Inc. These terms do not govern the use of Virgo Gift gift cards.
